Crawling

I have been hunting for a place to take pictures inside. I have found a few places but they all charge to use the space....except the Bluebird Restaurant. So I took Paige there yesterday to get some 10 month pictures of her and test out the space.

I think that it turned out to be a great place to go to when it is just too cold and snowy outside. The best part I think is that just outside the Bluebird back entrance are plenty of funky cool brick walls. I would have loved to explore a little more however Jack and Paige were ready for naps. Maybe I will go this weekend.

She had just fallen. I am such a bad mom I had to take her picture first before giving a big hug.

This is one of the cool areas I was talking about. The other great thing is that they are pretty sheltered from the elements and offer great backdrops and lighting.

winter blues getting you down?

With all of the snow that is blanketing Cache Valley, the idea of taking pictures outdoors pretty much makes me cringe! Since I don't have a studio yet and it will probably be awhile before I have one, I have looked into using local indoor places. I have found a couple of places in the Valley that will allow me to come and use their reception areas for taking pictures! This sounds pretty awesome right? There is a down side and that is that some of these places charge. The upside is that these places are beautiful and will make perfect back drops for your pictures and they also have great outdoor areas so if we are all feeling brave we could venture out into the snowy tundra!

Now that we have a new year, I thought it was about time to have some new prices. So here they are:

One hour session with a location of your choice (within Cache Valley) $35 up to 6 people. An additional fee for more people, please call with questions.

For a limited time only with your session fee you can choose either two portrait sheets for FREE or a high resolution CD at a discounted price of $25.
